Emails now blocked

In Outlook Home & Business 2010 (Windows 8.1 with TM Maximum Security) many emails are suddenly being blocked and sent to Junk with the message "Your security software protected you from a risky message." Viewing the attached .txt file shows these are newsletters I've subscribed to for months (or years) with no problem. What has happened, and how do I fix it? Thanks,Fred Oliver

Hi @fcoliver, sorry for not getting back earlier. 

For your situation, if you are not using the latest version (Ver. 11) of Maximum Security, we would like to suggest that you reinstall Trend Micro Security to the latest version to fixing this issue. You can refer to the link below for detailed steps:

If you are using Maximum Security 11 or after using the latest version, your still problem persists, you could kindly follow the steps in support page below to apply the hotfix:

After using the Hotfix, please reboot your computer to check if the problem is solved. It's quite a few steps to perform but please do let us know if the above procedures work for you.

I received this reply by email and responded that I have version 11.0.1158 of TM Maximum Security. I tried a half-dozen times to download the hotfix and always got an error message that the site can't be reached - that solutionfile.trendmicro took too long to respond. (I've now tried a couple of times from this page with the same result.) The recommended search for 110 win Osprey hfb0001 returns no results on Google or TrendMicro.

What now?

After fighting this issue (won't download) and using the ftp, as well as the links shown in this chain, it times out.  Sometimes it won't connect.  When it is nearly completely downloaded, any of 4 browsers would time out.
