Email erroneously warning about un-activated products

I recently installed Antivirus Plus Security on 5 computers. Installs went as usual. A week later I received an email for each computer saying that the product was not activated. I re-checked -- they are all activated. Ignore the emails? Thanks for the help. Chris Burke
