dropbox login fails

When I try to log in to DROPBOX{ https://www.dropbox.com/1/connect_login} I get following error message:

"It seems the app you’re using submitted a bad request. If you’d like to report this error to the app’s developer, include the information below.
More details for developers:

This app is not valid"

This happens on 3 different computers with both  32 and 64 bit Windows 7 Professional OS and with Internet Explorer 11, version 11.0.9600.18837.

Password Manager with Trend Micro Maximum Security 2018.


Any Ideas?

It seems like a very odd issue you've encountered. We will forward this information and in the meantime, you can try reinstalling with a different build as shown in the steps below:

Uninstalling Password Manager

Then use this installer for Password Manager.

Do let us know if anything else happens.

Hi dwmather,

i don't have Password Manager, put TM off and i got the same message if i use your link with 3 different browsers.
So has nothing to do with TM but the link is wrong or something else is going on, a lot of things wont work since the latest WIN 10 update!!!
So look furher, the problem is not TM.
