Currently have Trend Maximum Security installed on 3 computers. Due to expire in 6 days.
However 2 computers have recently been damaged by a lightning strike and will be buying 2 new computers soon.
I have already purchased a new Trend Maximum Security for 4 computers. If I install it now on my 3 old computers (for protection until my insurance claim is sorted out), will I be able to re- install on my 2 new computers when I purchase them and transfer all my information across before discarding the 2 damaged computers ? ie. using the same code etc and without any further cost.?

You can transfer Your subsription by yourself, connecting to your account in TrendMicro web page:
- your local TrendMicro website and LogIn.
- My Account page will open.
- Look at subscription details in this page, and click on Open Web Console button, usually on the right side, near download and share links.
- Subscritopn details page will open, including old PC's details.
- Click on stop protection link. 
- Use the same code on the new ones when installing to enable them. 

To tranfer all your datas from old to ones computers, I suggest you to activate the products in trial mode (1 month) on new machines. Once files tranfer is completed, set the protection and subscription as per above steps.

Hi dianaihle and welcome to the community. 

You can follow Max Slo's instructions on how you can do it. 

But for more detailed steps, here's what you can do: 

1. Sign in to the MyAccount Portal.
2. Click on "PRODUCT". 
3. On the Product page, you will see all the serial number that you activated on your account. Just look for most recent and active license of yours.
4. Under the serial number, you will see all the devices activated on it, if you wish to delete and use the license to protect a new device, just click on the "X" button on the device that you want to delete. 
5. For the new device, you just have to install the program on it, use the same activation code and account.
