Download Failure

I recently renewed by subscription on line. When i tried to download the software it failed and now I get the message advising I have tried the download too many times. What can I do from here?

Hello bryan_talloon and welcome to the community! 

Upon checking your concern, I have seen on your Trend Micro subscription that your current license is good for 1 computer only. Now, if you are trying to install your program into a new device or reinstall it on your current computer, you may use this installer file below:

Note: If you are unable to open the link above, please copy the entire link and paste it on the address bar of your Internet browser then press Enter on your keyboard.

Note: There is a chance that you will get that same error message again since your license is good for 1 computer only, but I would like to inform you that in the Password field, you will just type your Trend Micro Account password, then click Next. Then you will just continue with the prompts and you are almost done.
