I have just upgraded to 2016 Trend Micro Premium Security 10. But I think I have some malware and/or spyware on my computer. Do I need another tool to handle these items or should my new 2016 Trend Micro Premium Security 10 take of this?

Official Response
As long as the Trend Micro program is running (there should be a small icon of Trend Micro in the system tray normally found in the lower right corner) then you should be protected from Malware. May I ask why you think the computer is infected with Malware? Any specific symptoms or strange things that have happened recently?

When I login to the OneVanillia.com and BankofAmerica.com websites I get message that my PC was flagged by its "Incapsula Network" as being infected by malware. What does this mean?

Hi @blakej411,

Thank you for this information.

Please know that Incapsula is a different security program that may have been the one causing this issue on your PC when logging in to OneVanilla.com and BankofAmerica.com.

For us to verify this, you may post a screenshot of the message that you are receiving. Also, please let us know if this happens when you access the websites on all your browsers one at a time (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer) or if this only happens when you access the website on a specific browser.

We will wait for your response.

Thank you and have a great day! :)

I have a flash advertising infection that seems to be on my browser pages and not even your software can get rid of it?

Can you help, or else I get a refund and keep looking for one that will help.

Can you further elaborate on the flash advertising infection you've been experiencing?
If you can take screenshots, those would help a great deal for us to help you fix this.

Thanks for providing the information. After investigation, we suspect that an Potentially Unwanted Applications (PUA) exists in your computer. Many times, PUAs are installed as a bundle with another free software that you've downloaded and installed. Some of them provide legitimate working features so Trend Micro Security will not detected as "virus". However, we suggest you to delete all "screencast.com" related program from the Windows Control Panel to resolve the pop up issue.

If the problem persists, as you're a valued subscriber of our premium support service, we would like to recommend you to utilize our premium support which includes 24x7 phone support and online remote services exclusively for you. Please find the premium service phone number in the "Call Premium Support" section in this page

Thank you.

Thanks for asking here. To remove trackapackage, you need to uninstall it in Control Panel first, then delete its folders and registry keys and reset your browser's setting.

Since you've purchased the Premium Support Service with our product, we highly suggest you calling our Technical Specialist who provides the online remote service to solve this issue efficiently. Please find the premium 24x7 hotline in the "Call Premium Support" section of this page
