I have just purchased Trend Micro.  I set up the parental controls options, but it doesn't seem to be blocking pages or images in Chrome.  Does parental controls not work if you are using the Chrome browser?

Hello, @jadam.a.cooper

Thank you for posting your concern here and welcome to Trend Micro community.

Let me assist you regarding this concern.

The Parental Controls should work on supported computer web browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.

It is possible that there is a setting that has not been configure properly for it not to block the pages that you want to block.

Can I have the link of web page that you want are trying to block?

May I also know if your device is a windows computer or a mobile device?

Here are also some check points that you can perform in order to be sure that the web page is blocked:

1. Check if the Trend Micro toolbar is enabled for the Google Chrome web browser.
 - There should be a Trend Micro toolbar extension found on the upper portion of the web browser. If you do not have it, please go       to this link below on how to enable it.
Enabling the Trend Micro Toolbar in Google Chrome

2. Check if the Parental Control is correctly enabled. Below is the link on how to ensure you have it enabled and configured for your preference.
 - Using the Parental Controls feature of your Trend Micro Security software

I hope this helps! It would be great if you update us soon.

Thank you and Have a Great day!
