Does not start when computer starts

My Trend Micro virus protection does not start with my computer start-up. This just recently started happening. I tried setting it to "hyper-sensitive" protection but this has not rectified the situation. Several times now I have logged onto the internet and then got the pop-up banner warning "Virus Protection!" and have had to start it manually. This is seriously making me consider getting a different virus protection. Please tell me why this is not starting immediately or turning on promptly?

There are several reasons that may cause this to your Trend Micro Program. One of the things that we can do for now is for you to re-install the Trend Micro Program from your PC. Here's how to uninstall:

After that, you may proceed to the re-installation of the program.
