I checked your records here and it shows that your subscription is good up until August 19, 2019.

Are you getting emails saying that your subscription is expired? Or is it a pop-up message from your Trend Micro program?

You may verify the validity of your subscription coverage by simply opening the Trend Micro Security software on your computer then check on the expiration date, it should indicate 19/08/2019.

Let us know if you have any other concern.
