Disappointed Trend Micro didn't pick up that my laptop has had a torpig worm in the IP address for a couple weeks.

Why didn't Trend Micro pick up the torpig worm I've had for a couple weeks? It's costing me £360 to get it fixed!

You should have posted the problem you have (or you believe you have) here, before paying anything. 

You can buy a new laptop with  £360 .

What Os are you on
What version and Component version from TM
And who do you pay the money and for what??
Torpig comes with Free-software so you give self the command to install it, but it is not so difficult to get rid of it.

So tell us more so we can learn from it.
