I have Trend Micro Security 10. I have set scheduled scans repeatedly , but they never have worked . Desktop doesn't wake to perform a scan , nor does it perform a scan when on according to set schedule .
Thank you for informing this issue. We understand although you have set up a scheduled scan, the scheduled scan doesn't run at the set time. Maximum Security's schedule scan has a few restrictions and will not work if you have the following on your PC: ● You have a screen saver running ● You have full screen mode running (e.g. Viewing full screen videos) ● Your computer is on hibernation mode or sleep mode ● You're logged out of the Windows
Regarding your situation, if you would like to perform the scheduled scan, please make sure your computer is on at that moment -- Windows can be locked but not running a screensaver. Let us know if the solution resolves your issue, and we'll assist you if you still encounter problems. Thank you.
