Delftship installation software being blocked for no reason

My main software is Delftship from http://www.delftship.net/.

Despite repeatedly adding the details to the exception list, Max Security continues to block and delete installation files and updates. I have contacted Delftship about this and their software is totally clean.

Please could you check and see why this software is being blocked.

Oh Jeetje,

Did you try to put the whole folder of the program in "The exclusion list" that worked for me with some program.
If you install the program you trust, install it while TM is off, in the tray right-click, exit.
Mine advice is to do this for programs you trust and drivers!
Do you use the free version?

Just installed the free version, if you install as a Administrator and there is no problem, i have saved a file and opened again without any problem.

For your issue, please try the solutions that Tom provided and check if the same symptom occurs.
  1. Put the whole folder of the program to the exception list.
  2. If you install the program you trust, install it while TM is off, in the tray right-click, exit.
  3. Install as an Administrator.
If the problem still persists after trying the above, please check out this article for step by step to see if your problem is solved. 
Trend Micro Security keeps on detecting files or programs that are already added to the Exception List

Hi,
Thank you for your assistance. I am not sure how to put the whole folder into the exception list.

I have put the main program there though. I'll see what happens when I get another update from Delftship and I install as administrator instead of straight from the download folder.

Hi Jay,

I am Dutch so mine version is Dutch But you find the Exception list,
if you highlight a folder and then Click on Open, the whole folder is chosen!
