On my desk top
I cannot use my credit card. i am always blocked by a chrome exe and trend micro protect data message. I try to temporarily disable but that completely fails today to compound my distress I changed my password and then it refused to accept the new password if this cannot be sortd out I will not be renewing my subscription

We do apologize for the inconvenience that the data theft prevention feature has caused you. However, let me further explain what happened and what does the Data Theft Prevention does.

The reason why “Transfer of Protected Data Blocked” error message appeared is because you have saved your credit card information on the Data Theft Prevention feature of Trend Micro. It lets you protect sensitive data or information from being sent through the Internet which prevents hackers and spyware from stealing your information. This is a very helpful feature that's why we do recommend that you still use this. 

However, if you want to use your credit card for a certain purchase, you can disable the Data Theft Prevention feature for 30 minutes by pressing F5 on your keyboard or by clicking "Temporarily disable this protection" once you receive the popup.
