Custom scan freezes my Vista computer

I am unable to run a custom or full scan as my computer freezes. This appears to be because Trend Micro is using too much memory although my Vista machine has 4GB of ram. I can run the quick scan without problems because it uses far less memory. I have looked at your troubleshooting pages and have tried all of the suggestions, without success. What do you suggest?

I think it would be best for you to contact our Standard Support directly instead, if you feel you have exhausted the possible options.
