Corrupted file

I just recieved an update and the scan is frozen and I can't reset it. I believe there was a corrupted file in the update. Do you have any suggestions how to fix this. Thanks

Currently we’ve been receiving numerous cases similar to yours, and we do have an ongoing investigation on “Scan Hangs” related concern. Since you have, I’d like to know if you’re experiencing one of these issues:

1.     Scan Hangs at 70% to 80% While Checking For Unprotected Passwords

2.     Scan Hangs at 70% While Scanning Wild Tangent Games

3.     Quick scan stops at 38% (C:\Program Files\TrendMicro\...\PwmSvc.exe)

 These can help me determine the root cause of the issue.
