Constant message: Failed to unzip package file.

Hi, we have upgraded to windows 10, but we keep getting this message: Failed to unzip the package file: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\TMIDS\tower\tower_main. Trend appears to be working so not sure why this is happening. Can you help please?

The error you're getting is from Password Manager, which is bundled with your Maximum Security. Though we're not sure why Windows 10 upgrade would cause this error. The error message is independent of your Maximum Security, so the PC security protection features are not impacted. Do you use Password Manager regularly?

A possible solution is to reinstall your Maximum Security:
Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program
