I paid for your reinvest and since after 6 hours of trying to make it work I now have a computer that is malfunctioning....very over it and happy to take it to the highest level ....I don't normally do this....I am very happy to make this very public and seek compensation

We would like to have this issue resolved for you but we'll need to first check and ask more details about the issue that you encountered with the program.

1. When did the issue happened? Is it the exact time after you installed Trend Micro Maximum Security?
2. Did the program make your PC slow or did you encounter a Blue Screen after installing the program?
3. Have you already tried disabling the Trend Micro program to check if the issue is caused by the software?
4. What other particular steps have you already tried to troubleshoot this issue?

If it's not also too much to ask, may we request for a screenshot of the issue you are encountering with the program?
