Dear Sirs,
On Nov.27th I ordered your protection package and paid $27.95 US for it.
However I decided that I would stick with my current supplier.
I did not use your product and would like to get a credit.
I paid with my Mastercard the above amount to DRI*TREND MICRO MINNETONKA MN and have been trying to get in touch but to no avail.
Is it possible you can help?

From Nov 27 is more than 2 months, which is far beyond 30 days return time, so no, you cannot get a refund.

As a suggestion, you can give it to a family member or a friend as your gift. Or you can just use it after your current license from other supplier expires.
