Configure Theft Data

I am trying to configure the Theft Data section of my security but it keeps telling me that I have to restart my pc because my login has failed 5 times. I have restarted it 10 times and it still won't let me in. I am so frustrated that I just feel like cancelling Trend Micro altogether and installing another program on here. Please contact me and tell me how to fix this problem or I will be cancelling it. Regards Debbie

There should be an option to send the correct password to your email address.
Have you done that yet?
