compatibility with outlook 2010?

yesterday (13/7/17) I ran the latest upgrade from microsoft. I'm an outlook 2010 user, today when I try to open outlook it hangs when trying to load the trendmicro antispam add-in. I do not know if the problem is caused by outlook, the upgrade or an incomatibility with trend antispam. Have you any other reports of a similar problem.

Thank you for patiently waiting and apologies for the inconvenience.

We already made a hotfix regarding this issue. Kindly follow these following steps:
  1. Make sure that your Trend Micro Security program has not started running any scans or receiving any updates.
  2. Click the button below to download the hotfix, then save it to your desktop: Download Hotfix
  3. Double-click the Ti_1100_win_en_Titanium_TMAS_hfb1027 icon.
  4. Accept the License Agreement, then click the Next button.
  5. Click Install.
  6. Click OK when a warning window opens.
