Compatibility with iOS

When I try to download the Trend Micro Mobile Security App onto my Apple Tablet, it says the app is incompatible with my device. How is this so when the software says "iOS" on the front ?

For this issue, if you are using the following iPad, we are sorry to inform you that the latest version of Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS that you have downloaded from the Apple App Store is not compatible with 32-bit iOS devices. 
iPad 2
iPad 3
iPad 4
iPad Mini 1st Generation

Trend Micro mobile security app was working fine on my iPhone 7 when it was on iOS 10. However this morning I have got the iOS 11.3 update but now when I open the antivirus app it is only loading a blank screen on startup and crashing itself automatically after few seconds. Any solution?

Update: Just wanted to make an update real quick, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the latest version and Trend Micro seem to be working just fine once again. Thanks for your help Ian :)
