I had this issue with Chrome prior to the beta download. I had to delete Chrome and reinstall.

1. When does the issue happened?
2. What are the step by step procedure you have done before encountering the said issue?
3. Is there any error when the chrome is crashing?
4. Is the issue only happens when Trend Micro Security 2020 is running?

It happens whenever I have Thunderbird (this, too , takes longer to load) open and another MS app, Money. The error message I get is "Host resolving". Never had that message before.

I understand that since you have installed Trend Micro Beta 2020, your Google Chrome, Thunderbird, and MS App experiencing issues or slow performance. With that said, we may need you to collect logs and submit it to us.
How to collect logs?

1. Click Start menu.
2. Search for"Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit" then click.
3.On debug tab,click "Start Collecting Data".
4. Try to reproducethe said issue.
5. Once finished,click "Finish Collecting Data".

Once the logs are generated, please upload it on the link below:

After installation beta i didn't find any problems with chrome. So, i think it was any problem with internet services + OS problems...
