Check serial number

I have Trend Micro Antivirus+2016 running on 3 computers with 560 days left. Unfortunately my main computer has given trouble and now I'm getting messages saying my time has run out for the Antivirus. I've tried using the serial number from one of the other computers without success. I've also installed the trial version and the same serial number again without success.

What can I now do? I'd be very grateful for any advice.

In the meantime, we suggest you to log into your Trend Micro Account on this page to verify all of your Antivirus + 2016 registration information and status.

On another point, incorrect time setting of your computer might also causes the error on your subscription. Please check the date and time in the system tray at the right bottom of your screen. If the setting is incorrect, please follow the steps below to change the setting.
  1. Click the date and time in the system tray at the right bottom of the screen
  2. Click Change date and time settings
  3. Click Change date and time
  4. Update the date and time
  5. Click OK to apply the changes

My exact registration data is as follows.

Trend Micro Antivirus+ 2016
Serial number ***removed private information***
559 more days left.

Having lost the software when my computer broke down somewhat I installed the Trial edition and tried to enter the above serial number.

The exact error message I get is "You have not provided a valid serial number."

Please make sure that you download the correct installer which will work with your serial number. And based on the serial number you provided, you should be installing Trend Micro Antivirus+.
