Check Mark on photo folder

I decided to give Trend Micro another chance. What I have found is that my computer is running slow and I cannot view simple photos on my PC anymore. I don't want Trend to decide that it should take 30 seconds to view a pic on my computer. It hasn't been but a few days and my PC is suffering slow response time  and messages saying program not responding.

Hi pemeoff, 

This is not the normal behavior of the program. Please check if the Trend Micro program is causing the issue. Here's how:
  1. Right-click the Trend Micro icon on your system tray (lower right corner of the screen)
  2. Select Exit. 
If the issue still persists after disabling the program, you may want to check your computer's other processes as this isn't caused by the Trend Micro program. Otherwise, follow the resolution below:

Slow PC performance due to high CPU or memory usage of CoreServiceShell.exe
