I am trying to get my cashback for Maximum Security 10 but have not been supplied with an order number or a coupon seriel number. It says they should be in my confirmation email but they're not?

Thank you for purchasing our product! I did a quick check in our system and looks like you activated the purchased SN on 15 June. For the cashback promotion which purchases made from 6 May to 30 Sept, there's no request of coupon serial number.
