cant upgrade even when connected to the internet

Hello,
my trend micro can not update. It says there is no internet connection. But my device is connected to the internet and everything is working perfectly. But trend micro cant find any internet connection. I already tried the anti threat- toolkit. And i already contacted the trendmicro support but theres no one on the phone line available.
What should i do?
