Can't scan for virus's

When I go to do a scan a message continually comes up asking if I want emails about my Mirco Trend account sent to my email addressa and will not let me perform a virus scan.

After HouseCall completed, please refer to the steps below to see if you can perform a Full Scan properly:
1. Open the main console of your Internet Security.
2. Click the arrow beside Scan.
3. Select Full Scan.
