can't install Trend 12.0 on Win7-64bits

Dear Trend support
I can't install the latest version of Trend 12.0 on windows 7 64-bits.
My download link:

I had uninstalled the previous version (11.2 I think) via Windows Control Panel before attempting install.
I have a registration key.
I remember that last time there was an additional 'patch' required for my case.

Can you help please ? thank you
