Cant install Tred Micro

Hi I am having trouble installing the Trend Micro Maximum Security i purchased yesterday. At step 6 it will not install past 51% and keeps on coming up with the following message:
The Installer could not set up an important component needed by Trend Micro Maximum security. (error code: #1603, 3003, 0xe0ff00b).
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program but nothing seems to be working.

Sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue. 

I was able to check your record and verified that you have renewed your subscription. If your computer is already using the license that you renewed, you shouldn't have reinstalled the Trend Micro program because the license expiry date will be automatically updated.

However, to help you with this issue, you can install the Remnant File Remover Tool. This hotfix removes any leftover Trend Micro files from affected computers so that you can successfully install the latest version of your Trend Micro Security Software.

Using the Trend Micro Remnant File Remover Tool

After running the hotfix, you can now continue with the installation.

Hi, I tried what was suggested, it seemed to complete the installation processes but then it came back saying there was a problem. The following messages came up.
