Can't go into Trend Micro

My Trend Micro is not working, it won't let me go into it, and even wont let me uninstall it so that I can start again. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, it seemed to install and scanned fine to start with. Have checked list of conflicting and it didn't help, plus did housecall and that didn't help. On the other laptop it is still working fine.????

Please,

via Programs&Features you cannot deinstallit?

Alternatevely, in your program list, start Diagnostic Tool Kit (under the Trend Micro software folder) and use tab 'C' to remove the app. 

Take a look at THIS TOOL to force the software to be deinstalled and to properly remove remnant file before reinstall. 

Then you can reinstall it again. 

Take care to install the up to date version (12.0.1226)
