Can't get my Trend Micro ap/service to work. It is locked up and there is nothing I can click on that works.

Using Microsoft 7. Trend Micro was working. Then a scan stopped at 48% complete. Locked up and now I can't click on anything to get it started again.

Hi ed.gabriel,

This issue happens when the component handling the scanning process failed or stopped working. To troubleshoot the issue, temporarily disable your Trend Micro program for about 30 seconds, then enable it again. Follow the steps from the link below:
