Can't close results window

Results window
All threats resolved
Dotted circle has been revolving anticlockwise for six (6) days.
Cannot close the window because the right side if the window is in half tone and the "X" in top right corner and "Close" in bottom right corner are inactive.

For your situation, please right-click the Trend Micro icon in the System Tray (near the clock at the bottom-right part of the screen) and select Exit toturn off Results window and you Premium Security temporary. After the program is disabled, please click the Trend Micro icon on the Windows Start screen or desktop to restart it.

When Premium Security restarted, please follow the support page below to perform an update and a quick scan to see if Results window can be closed:
