Can't cancel auto-renewal

I want to cancel the auto-renewal, but it's not working.
I've tried to follow the instructions in the FAQ on this (https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/1055073.aspx), but there is no way to disable it. It just says "Renewing your subscription..." with no way for me to click anything there. So it's either bugged for me or the FAQ page is not up-to-date.

-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

It is simple: login - Manage Account - disable auto renewal. 

Double check later if it is 'manual' instead of 'auto'. I think you have received an email also.

Upon checking on the details of your account, it seems that you were able to disable the automatic renewal already, I have double checked it to be sure as well.
