Can't cancel auto-renewal

I want to cancel the auto-renewal, but it's not working.
I've tried to follow the instructions in the FAQ on this (https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/1055073.aspx), but there is no way to disable it. It just says "Renewing your subscription..." with no way for me to click anything there. So it's either bugged for me or the FAQ page is not up-to-date.

-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

Hello, did you check at OPTION 2 also? :)

"OPTION 2: Via Digital River's findmyorder.com
  1. Go to findmyorder.com.
  2. Provide either of the following, then click Find:
    • Your Order Number and password
    • Your email address and the last five (5) digits of your credit card
  3. Click Cancel Auto-Renewal.
  4. Click Continue"

Yes, didn't work either. That page pretends that my email address is not valid even though I straight up copied it from my account, so I can safely rule out a typo.

Did you buy your copy of TM using that email address? May be not.
I tried right now and Digital River site is working properly.

Alternatevely, retreive Order Number and password (password is in the Order Number attachement at the Digital River's mail you received when purchasing) to access without using email address.

It's the same address.

I logged in with the order number, but the page wanted my email address for changing the subscription. It didn't accept my address there. Interestingly enough, it accepted the exact same (copy & paste) email address elsewhere on the page. From there, I could get to my subscription and wasn't asked again. I think I disabled it now, but I'm still suspicious. The whole process seems deliberately difficult.

It is simple: login - Manage Account - disable auto renewal.

Double check later if it is 'manual' instead of 'auto'. I think you have received an email also.

Hello seb9 and welcome to the community!

Thanks for asking here.

Upon checking on the details of your account, it seems that you were able to disable the automatic renewal already, I have double checked it to be sure as well.

Please let us know if there's something else we can be of help to you.

Hello Max Slo
