Cant Activate trend micro

Hi, I have installed trend Micro on my MacBook air and when I try to activate it, I get an error message and am told to get in touch with you. What should I do?

Hi ,

please check license .

what is product ?  AV ? IS ? MX ?

AV = antivirus
IS = internet security
MX =Maximum Security 

your license is for antivirus for mac ? or maximum security ?

only these 2 license model can use on apple mac .

However, we have a specific installer for different devices. For detailed steps on installing your Mac, please refer to instructions provided from the link below:
