When I received a notification that my subscription was going to expire, I went to my account and turned off auto-renew. I then bought the latest version (at $35) and downloaded it. A week or 2 later, you hit my credit card with another $71 charge. That was finally resolved, but now I am being told by the software I downloaded over a month ago that my renewal has expired.

That's it, I'm done with this shit - please refund my money. I will not be using you in the future.
