Can you tell me if the product I just purchased, downloaded and installed has in fact happened. My account says I have no products.

Hi, please open your Trend Micro Security and check your the expiration date of your program, if it says you are using a trial version, then it means that your program is not yet activated even if it is already installed. After activation, the subscription will appear on your account :).
