Can I not use the second device subscription on the same computer after the 1st subscription expires?? Feeling ripped off!

Thank you for asking here! First of all, activating Trend Micro Security program is to ensure that your subscription is registered in our database. This process helps ensure that the Trend Micro software operates only on licensed computers to receive applicable Subscription Services. Registration requires a valid product serial number and a valid email address for renewal and other legal notices. Once you activate your subscription, no matter you use on 1 device or 2 devices, the expiry date is always the same unless you renew your subscription.

If I use a second email address (a possible third license) will that be the third license. Thus I would have trend Micro on two computers but will be unable to use the third license?
