Cache Dump Blue Screen

I play World of Warcraft and my computer has been doing a cache dump or a blue screen. I know how to remove my Blizzard Entertainment cache, but it still continues. Is there anything I can do within the Trend Micro program that would help? Am I protected from Malware?

As long as you have the Trend Micro program installed and running, you are indeed protected from any type of threats.

Hi garympictures,

Most of these crashes are memory/graphic card drivers or other drivers, so update of these drivers could by a resolution. But read and make note of the error on the Blue screen!!!!

I haven't played World of Warcraft myself but the usual reasons for BSoD in games would be due to:

Drivers (graphics card, processor, etc) not fully updated
Overheating (your machine's fans aren't working or poor ventilation in your machine)

To name a few possible reasons. I believe it would be better to check with the Battle.net forums as they would have a clearer idea as to why you are getting BSoD issues.
