Hello, please, access Programs&Features (Windows10), or anyway run 'appwiz.cpl' to open installed apps list screen. Search and deinstall 'ByteFence Anti-Malware'; 'ByteFence Module' and any other kind of program about -ByteFence-.
On various knowledge base around the net I see that in some circumstances you have to deinstall it accessing Windows in safe mode.
Check also in your browsers in order to delete ByteFence extensions, if exist.
