Bloody password manager crashes

Password manager crashed "unable to access your passwords right now" I go through the remove components stuff- failure. I go through the download and install stuff and it says you already have it installed!
Please help!

For your issue, we suggest uninstalling the previous version of Password Manager and reinstalling the latest version to fix this issue. You can refer to the link below for detailed steps:

Thanks, but finally my case was escalated to a higher level techie and logmein was used to uninstall the whole security package and reinstall it, as reinstalling password manager alone did not work!
