Can you please isolate the issue by removing the Trend Micro Mobile Security for the mean time? Then, check if the issue still exists. If yes, please update us here so that we can have a further check on it.

Hi - we tried that already & regardless whether the apps is on or off - I still can't access the home internet via wifi on my mobile - its blocking me.

• Can you please try to restart your router and try to connect again?

• If that won't work, can you please try to connect to other wireless networks?

• Can you also please try to check if you can access mobile data?
