Been trying to do a scan for about 4 days now, and scan will not start. What's going on???

About this issue that you encountered with the Scan, did you encounter any specific error message? It will be really helpful if you can let us know about any additional details to your issue.

Meanwhile, please check if you have an incompatible software installed on your computer. If you do, please uninstall it since it is not recommended to have 2 antivirus programs at the same time since it will only compromise the performance of both programs.

You may also try to restart Trend Micro Security's components by disabling it temporarily. Please refer the article below for the instructions.

Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software

After re-enabling the Trend Micro Security software on your computer, please try running a scan again.
