Bad cancel auto-renewal links

The links to cancel auto renew take you to a different renewal page. What other means is there to cancel auto renew?

So how do I get you to cancel?

My account and Find my order take me to the same renewal (only) page. I have sent 2 emails to cancel (bad addresses), no phone numbers (bad customer service), bad links (bad design).

If you would be so kind as to cancel, I would be grateful. Dont have the computer anymore.

I tried to replicate this on my end and can see that you're being redirected to a renewal page when you toggle the auto-renew button.

There are different ways on cancelling Auto-Renewal: (1) Disable it on our end, (2) thru MyAccount, and (3) thru FindMyOrder.com. For steps 2 and 3, you may refer to the link How Do I Disable Or Cancel Auto-Renewal?"https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us..."

I would be cancelling the auto-renew then on your behalf.

It seems Trend Micro is making it hard to cancel auto renewal on purpose! There is no such thing as a 'stop auto renewal' link. This is fraudulent, if Trend Micro does not stop my auto renewal asap I will have you sued for false advertising. Time-wasters, your name is mud!!

I know how frustrating it is to not being able to see a "stop auto-renewal link"upon purchasing or renewing your Trend Micro subscription. Though this is something we promote to our customers, as the auto-renewal function ensures that you'll be having protection all the time, in case you've forgotten to renew it before it expires.

As mentioned above, the easiest way to turn off auto-renew is thru your Trend Micro MyAccount. You may look for it here:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Auto-Renew under "How do I disable or cancel Auto-Renew?"

As an additional option, would you want me toturn off auto-renew for your convenience instead?

in reply - yes please! Turn off auto-renew for me. I have wasted enough of my valuable time trying to follow your links to do so. God forbid I will EVER subscribe with Trend Micro again. One VERY disappointed and disgruntled EX! - customer. Thank you.

I was actually looking for some alternative that would be more convenient for you earlier. Maybe you can consider calling us directly should you wish to renew your subscription the next time. We'll ensure all transaction invoices will be sent to your email, and disable the auto-renew from your subscription for the next year.

Contact Trend Micro Support (under Call Premium Hotline)

Also, I've turned off the auto-renew for you already. Rest assured you won't be charged automatically when your subscription expires.

if no product info shows up I have no clue how to even get anywhere to cancel the auto renewal. Would like to renew this on our own.

I was able to check for the details of your subscription and I have confirmed its enrollment to the Automatic-Renewal Plan. Granting your request, I have now disabled the automatic renewal feature of your Trend Micro subscription to prevent future charges on your account. You should not receive any notices regarding this anymore.
