Thank you for sharing this article. Recently, Trend Micro has released a patch through an Active Update and this vulnerability is one that has been addressed on the patch.

You need not to worry about this vulnerability.

It relies on attackers with physical access to the machine.
I don't think you have to worry. Unless someone you know, or rather someone who have access to your computer, sabotages you.
