I have just registered my new subscription purchased in store.
Whilst setting up my account I was asked to select if I wanted to opt in for auto renewal, I selected yes, however as I was providing my credit card details the screen disappeared, I had to sign into my account and noticed that my auto renewal is not activated.
When I turn on auto renewal I am taken to the online store to make another purchase, but I was selecting auto renewal when I registered with my new purchase because of the free upgrade offer valued at $50.
How can we fix this please??????
