Auto-renewal is robbery

My subscription has just auto-renewed which i'm sure i disabled. I would like a refund because i object to paying almost three times the sum for auto-renewal compared to buying a new download. It is a con. If my refund request is denied you will never have my custom again and i will contact all the relevant UK consumer protection authorities.
