auto renew wrong

I received an email stating my account will be charged $80.95 on 12/24/17 as an auto renewal. My subscription is good to 12/31/2018. Please advise

Thank you for posting your concern here.

Upon checking, your subscription is indeed going to expire on 12/31/2018. To inform you, Auto-Renewis a service offered by Trend Micro and its online store, Digital River. Foryour convenience, it is designed to automatically extend your subscriptionright before it is due to expire, which means that you will not have tomanually perform the renewal process.

If you wish to disable the Auto-Renew of your subscription, you may please login to your Trend Micro account at www.trendsecure.com and switch off the Auto-Renew toggle.

Wasn't a where of this plus u tried a different card that had been closed and some how got ur payment from my new card from my paypal . Paypal will be contcted about this breach of trust

Actually as I checked the subscription the last Automatic Renewal that happened is charged through a Visa Card.

In the other hand do you want us to cancel the automatic renewal feature so you won't receive any future charges again?
