Auto-renew but already renewed!

I received a notice to renew my Trend Mico. I renewed it 4/10/18 because I forgot I had auto-renew. It is good through 5/26i/19. I just received notice of my automatic renewal. I want to cancel this auto-renew because it's already renewed and want to cancel all future auto-renew because I don't want this confusion in the future.

I have checked your records here on our end and the Auto Renewal is now disabled for your subscription. Rest assured, your subscription will not be automatically renewed this year and in the future.

Should you wish to renew your subscription when the time comes, you can opt to manually renew online or over the phone with us.

Your subscription's expiry date is currently 05/26/2019.

I checked the date I purchased - May 16, 2017 and it auto-renewed yesterday (May 12). I thought I had taken the auto renewal off. I have since done that. What is most frustrating is I was charged $96.58. I can go to the website and get the same thing for $49.95. Very frustrating and I can't get through to any customer service agents.
