Apps Disappeared

We updated our Samsung Galaxy S7 to Nougat as soon as it became available. We have the latest version of all apps and the OS, including Trend Micro (version 8.2).
A day or two prior to this update, we booted the phone in Safe Mode and, after fixing a problem, restarted the phone normally.
Both times, several apps disappeared from the S7's home screens, and several disappeared altogether.
Is there a conflict between Trend Micro and the S7 or Nougat?

Since you have mentioned that the Trend Micro program is working fine after you upgraded the phone's operating system to Nougat, it's possible that the applications that disappeared have compatibility issues with Nougat. For example, if a certain application on your phone has not yet received the latest updates from the developers, this might make the application incompatible with the new version of Android. Therefore, the application might have issues when the operating system of the device that will require specific system requirements for each application that will be installed on the device. If the application did not yet receive these updates, you may have to manually update the applications or reinstall them on the phone for this scenario.
